Twisting Yoga Flow

Over the past two years, I've offered at least one yoga class or guided meditation to my coworkers per month (sometimes more, especially when we were in the thick of COVID-19). We've continued practicing together ever since — today was no different. Care to join us for this twisting yoga flow?

About the Class

We start in child's pose by observing the breath. We focus our attention on the different qualities of our inhalations and exhalations. The beauty of beginning a yoga practice this way is it invites us to shift from operating out in the world to noticing how we're operating internally. In doing so, we're able to tether our awareness within. And when we use the breath to focus inward, we steady the mind too. Ah!

Please join me on your mat for this quick vinyasa flow. Plus, it's a great practice for beginners who have a few practices under one's belt.
