Empty the Contents of Your Mind

About the Class

Once a month I teach my coworkers and every time I ask them how they’re doing and what they need. This month, there was quite a bit of squirrely-ness in the mind and a feeling like you’re leaving pieces of your energy everywhere.

So, in this practice, we focused on emptying out the contents of the mind to create a spacious void. Join us won’t you for this journey on your mat?
