Gentle Morning Flow

Do you allow yourself to get curious (physically) about what feels good in your body?

About the Class

Too many times we allow our fear of not looking like everyone else in the room to dictate how we move our bodies. I want you to set that expectation aside. Instead, I encourage you to tune into what feels good to you.

In this class, I start with a brief dharma talk that invites you to give yourself permission to get curious, to move in a way that feels freer.

So, grab your blocks and join me in child’s pose. We’ll use full body movements like ripples, waves, and heart openers to articulate the spine in ways that maybe you haven’t explored before.

Props Needed

  • Two blocks or two water bottles
