Twisted Balancing Yoga

Steady the mind with this fluid and twisted balancing yoga practice. It’s a quick one!

About the Class

Clearly, I’ve been craving twisting practices lately. And so we have our third twisting practice in a row. But this one involves a heavy dose of balancing.

One of the things I love about balancing practices is that when we slow down and focus on steadying our foundation — our feet in this case — it encourages our mind to focus on the task at hand. This means, our mind is less likely to slip away and worry about our to-do list or upcoming vacation plans. By the end of the practice, we feel calmer and we’re able to focus better. Plus, we’ve worked out all of the kinks in our spine. Ah!
