Twisting Yoga

Sometimes all we need to do is slow down and listen with an open mind and an open heart. What is it that you need to hear right now?

About the Class

In this 42-minute yoga practice, we use twists to create space for what it is we need right now. For me, it's structure and discipline. For you, it's probably completely different. And that's perfectly ok. Take time to tune into what you need right now. Then, seek it out, create the environment to support your desires, or give yourself permission to follow your heart.
