What support do you need right now?

How will we know what we need right now to feel supported if we never slow down and turn our focus inward?

About the Class

In this guided meditation, I encourage you to find a comfortable seat where you can ground down and rise up before exploring your inner realms.

Props Needed

  • Use whatever you need to feel supported, including blankets, blocks, pillows, or meditation cushions (even a chair would work!)
