Get Grounded Yoga Practice

About the Class

In this 20-minute yoga practice, we use forward folds to invite our focus inward (also known as pratyahara — the fifth limb of yoga) and release tension through the lower back and hips. This is a great practice to do right before bed because of the grounding energy it encourages.

Props Needed

  • Yoga blocks (optional)
