30-min Yoga for Hips and Hamstrings

About the Class

One of my coworkers does rucking for exercise and she’s always training for a Spartan race. So, this class was created in the moment based on her requests for stretching the calves, hamstrings, glutes, and groin muscles. There’s no intro so hit play and join me in child’s pose.
