EXPLORE YOUR WORLDS
This meditation is for Area 1: Self-Study. A 10-minute practice where you’ll observe the details of your external and internal landscapes, and identify the related thoughts and feelings residing there.
FORGIVE YOURSELF AND OTHERS
This meditation is for Area 2: Forgiveness. A 9-minute guided meditation where you’ll go on a journey and explore an unpleasant situation, work towards forgiving those involved, and gradually set down what you’re carrying so that you can move on.
