About the Class

Sometimes all we have is fifteen minutes or less to get still. Sometimes all we need is fifteen minutes to reset. Use this restorative yoga practice to do just that. Squeeze it in mid-day or right before bed to help yourself feel refreshed.

  • 2 yoga blocks

  • 2 blankets
