20-minute Yoga Stretches for Hikers

If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I’m an avid hiker. During an average week, I cover about 12-miles of trail time. It’s very therapeutic for me and it wears out my puppy, Blaze — that’s a win-win!. And so I find myself needing to stretch either before or after hitting the trail to get some of the kinks out. Maybe you do too?

About the Class

In this class, we focus on stretching the calves, hamstrings, quads, and groin muscles in prep for some time on the trail. This one is also great for cyclists and runners.

Props Needed

  • Two yoga blocks

  • Strap, belt, towel, or scarf
