Introducing Uplift Yourself Above The Clouds – This collection of mind-body techniques includes five different approaches designed to invite the bhav or feeling tones of 'lightness' and 'uplifted.' The techniques were chosen to help you face the heavy burdens we are experiencing as a collective due to Covid-19 and hopefully replace that heaviness with a smile on your face.

Feel free to explore all of the practices and choose the ones that resonate the most with you. And know that one practice might feel good one day, and yet you need something different to support you the next day. Be kind, be gentle, be patient with yourselves. We’ll get through this together one day at a time.

Other recommended techniques you might explore, include:

  • Schedule a virtual happy hour with your close friends/family

  • Go for a walk

  • Spend time outside in the warm sunlight

  • Essential oils like orange, grapefruit, lavender, frankincense, or bergamot

  • Listen to uplifting music or have a dance party
